FlowPaper 3.2.9 Release Notes

This month’s release is mainly focused on stability and accuracy but also contains a few new features.
- Its now possible to export all images from a page when exporting reflowable pages using one of the reflow templates
- Its now possible to use a fully compliant web font for body text when re-flowing text in publications. This allows all text to be editable and for new text to be added even if the original font is incomplete
- Following the release of iOS 12.2 we’re happy to announce that FlowPaper now supports exporting to Apple’s News+ format, which is particularly focused at magazines. The Apple News+ export functionality is available to our Pro license holders.
- Desktop Publisher runtime framework (Electron) updated for improved stability and performance
- Fixed an issue where pinching out sometimes caused the viewer to get stuck half way (Elements)
- Improved handling of texts that are both scaled & rotated in FlowPaper Elements
- Improved text accuracy for rotated texts in epub3
- Improved the general quality of the flatten/compress output (Zine/Elements)
- Fixed an issue where scrolling on pages with Zine publications using certain styles cloud cause the text to be incorrectly positioned
- Improved handling for Type3 Fonts in FlowPaper Elements
- Major improvements to the accuracy of clipping and hidden text handling in both Zine, Elements and Reflowable publications
- Fixed an issue where it would be impossible to hit some of the links at the very bottom in the the Elements viewer while using the new balloon style slider
- Improved support for searching in RTL (right to left) documents
- Improved link detection for Zine and Elements
- New version of PDF2JSON available (0.70). Only ASP.NET and PHP users should update PDF2JSON. This update does not affect desktop publisher users
