AnswerMMake sure you're logging in with the email address that the account details were sent to and that all letters are in lowercase. You can also try resetting your config file if it keeps happening. You do this by the following steps:
- Close the desktop publisher
- Go into your Documents/FlowPaper folder and delete your FlowPaper_Configuration.json

AnswerCloud hosting is included if you have a 'Creative License'. If you have a 'Zine' license then the 12 month renewal fee for a FlowPaper Services account is 50% of the original license fee you paid. FlowPaper Services includes cloud hosting and product updates.

AnswerThe limit of 50 current publications With a Zine or Creative account is only if you're uploading to our cloud hosting. Team license holders can upload up to 400 publications. There are no limits on number of publications if you're hosting yourself.

AnswerWe don't reassign domain name keys once they have been used. You can purchase an additional domain name key for a small free from the commercial download area.

AnswerYou can publish to multiple domains at the same time using semi colon between each domain name, like so: domain1.com;abc.com;domain3.com. You can also add them in your account area.

AnswerThe invoice gets attached to the email which gets sent to you when you purchase your license. You can also get a copy of your purchases in your account area under invoices in the right hand menu.

AnswerYou should be able to just log in as normally, just make sure you're not logged in on both workstations at the same time. Make sure you use your access code and email address when logging in.

AnswerMake sure you check the correct email inbox for the account email that gets sent out by us. If you have paid using PayPal then the account email is automatically sent to the email address that your PayPal account is set up with.
