We purchased the FlowPaper Zine Commercial License and have a key but every time I log in to the dashboard client is says that I have a trial version. Is there another step I need to take?

MMake sure you're logging in with the email address that the account details were sent to and that all letters are in lowercase. You can also try resetting your config file if it keeps happening. You do this by the following steps:- Close the desktop publisher
- Go into your Documents/FlowPaper folder and delete your FlowPaper_Configuration.json
- Start the desktop publisher and log in again </ol> </p>

We have got a single licence on a test domain which needs to be changed so it can go live. Can this be done?

Domains can normally not be re-assigned but we do make exceptions for test domains so contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

Answer
Yes, sub domain are included in the same license.

After the first year, what is the renewal price for cloud hosting?
Answer
Cloud hosting is included if you have a 'Creative License'. If you have a 'Zine' license then the 12 month renewal fee for a FlowPaper Services account is 50% of the original license fee you paid. FlowPaper Services includes cloud hosting and product updates.

If i use my own hosting can I have unlimited publications online or is it 50 max no matter if i'm using cloud or self hosting?

The limit of 50 current publications With a Zine or Creative account is only if you're uploading to our cloud hosting. Team license holders can upload up to 400 publications. There are no limits on number of publications if you're hosting yourself.

I changed the domain name of my site, how can I reassigned my license key to this new domain?
Answer
We don't reassign domain name keys once they have been used. You can purchase an additional domain name key for a small free from the commercial download area.

I have 2 separate licenses, 2 website addresses but my programme is defaulting to the first one, how do I change?
Answer
You should see both domains in a drop down list in the publish dialogue if you have used the same email address to purchase your licenses - contact us via email ([email protected]) if you can't see them appear in a drop down list in the publishing dialogue.

Once purchased, how do I download my software?
Answer
An email gets dispatched to you once your purchase has been processed. This email contains account details which you can use to log in to our desktop publisher and to our commercial download area.

We bought a "FlowPaper Creative Commercial License “ and I am wondering how to add more domains?

You can publish to multiple domains at the same time using semi colon between each domain name, like so: domain1.com;abc.com;domain3.com. You can also add them in your account area.

What determines the domain name you accept? I ask because I submitted a domain name for my zine software but I saw your domain name not accepted. Contact support.

We don't have any particular restrictions but we have a few checks to make sure the domain name does not contain any name similar to our domain name. Contact us via email and we can help you sort it out if it got stuck in one of our checks. (send to [email protected])

I need an invoice for the tax etc. Where can i find it?
Answer
The invoice gets attached to the email which gets sent to you when you purchase your license. You can also get a copy of your purchases in your account area under invoices in the right hand menu.

I am moving to a new workstation, but my zine license is saying trial.
Answer
You should be able to just log in as normally, just make sure you're not logged in on both workstations at the same time. Make sure you use your access code and email address when logging in.

I currently run the FlowPaper account on behalf of my company and the subscription is charged to my personal credit card. I will be leaving the company at the end of this month and need to remove my card from the account and replace it with a new one. How can I do this?

Your account is set up to auto renew if there is a cancellation button on the right hand side of your account details in the account area.

I just bought a FlowPaper service account and still have no access to newer versions of FlowPaper. How long does it normally take to apply?

It gets applied immediately. It could be that you had multiple licenses and only one got renewed. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

Answer
Make sure you check the correct email inbox for the account email that gets sent out by us. If you have paid using PayPal then the account email is automatically sent to the email address that your PayPal account is set up with.
