I am unable to login to Desktop App

Question

I am unable to login to Desktop App. The login credentials work for the Account Area online but do not work for the desktop App; getting this message: "Incorrect log in. Please check your log in details and try again." But when trying again the Logging in button changes to: Authenticate with no other instructions on how to Authenticate.

Try to reset your password at https://flowpaper.com/account/. This should allow you to log in as normal
