How often/how soon are trial account PDF’s removed and can I upload a document with more than 10 pages?

Answer

PDF's are typically within 14 days - contact us at [email protected] if you want to remove a publication right away and we'll help you out. You can't upload more than 10 apges when in trial. All customers with a commercial license can upload publications with any number of pages to our cloud hosting.

We will provide account details and tax invoice to the an email address of your choice. Please supply us with these details when requesting invoice payment.

Can I transfer a license?

I am a developer and my client needs a FlowPaper Zine license. A client want me to buy the license and transfer the license to client. Is it possible? Or is it necessary that client buys the license directly?

Answer

You can purchase the license and register your clients domain but the license will still be yours. The license itself cannot be transferred to a third party. They will need to purchase the license themselves if they want to be the owners of the license.

How do I set video poster frame image in FlowPaper?

Answer

The poster gets (as you have probably noticed) automatically rendered from what Youtube / Vimeo / the video is suggesting. This snapshot poster gets saved in your assets_zine directory (if you're using zine) or in your images/ directory if you're using Elements so if you want to replace it with something else then simply overwrite this image file with one of your own.

Can I embed Vimeo videos?

Answer

Yep! We support Vimeo, Youtube and self hosted videos. You can find the add/edit video functionality in EDIT mode of the desktop publisher. Simply click on EDIT in the top right green bar and you'll find the "add video" button where you can embed videos.

Desktop Publisher for Zine allows you to tick an option to open the video player maximised when play is clicked.

Yes you can add your own video files such as MP4 via the desktop publisher
